Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Product Not Received: If you have not received your product within 48 hours of purchase (manual delivery)
- Invalid Key: If the provided key is invalid or already used, and you have not accessed the delivery link
- Wrong Product: If you received a different product than what was ordered
- Technical Issues: If there are technical issues preventing product delivery
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been successfully delivered and accessed
- Gift cards and prepaid codes that have been redeemed
- Digital products that have been activated or used
- Orders cancelled after delivery has been initiated
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Allow 3-5 business days for review
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended or banned. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
